Assam pedas stingray is yummy. And, the boss is friendly to let us try their non menu item Salted Fish bone curry. This also taste good, but it's only meant for their staff meal.

The seafood dishes are very fresh and delicious. Do really respect the friendliness of the lady owner , she did real good job to take care of her customers! Highly recommended place !

The customer service was simply great . We had food sensitivities and allergies and they catered to our needs . The food that they served was absolutely delicious, fresh so yummy without all the flavor enhancers , soy etc that we couldn’t have . You can tell by the taste of the food they served that the cook was extremely good at what she/he does . The restaurant was extremely clean as well including the kitchen and rest room . If you haven’t visited and are in the area try and stop by and experience it for yourself !

We searched on Google about having seafood in Batu Ferringhi and it brought us to this delightful little shop that makes you feel welcomed the moment you step in. The owner was super welcoming and will recommend their signature dishes. Good food and very clean space... What more can you ask for. Oh, do try the steam aubergine and lady's fingers.. it won't disappoint

Chance upon this wonderful restaurant serving delicious home-cooked style food while exploring the beaches along Batu Ferringhi. The restaurant owner is very friendly and welcoming, Ms Q recommended a few dishes, self grown eggplant, black bean steam stingray, Thai style sotong & salted egg prawn, they were very fresh and tasted simply delicious. They have a wide range of dishes on their menu and their prices are very reasonable too. We strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is in this area. This restaurant operated from house and offers homestyle cookings. Foods generally did not taste too strong, which was good to me. The crews were friendly. Dishes took a bit long to be served. The environment during lunch time was very warm and it made the dining a bit unpleasant.

Had lunch on a weekday here and it was not too crowded when I got there around 1pm, but more customers started coming in around 2ish. The food was really really good, and cooked right infront of the restaurant. Tried the pineapple fried rice, mee goreng and salted egg chicken (not pictured). Everything was good, but not many pieces of pineapple in the fried rice. The sambal belacan was so so so good, definitely a must get The wait for the food was pretty long, despite not having many customers around. We ordered the salted egg prawns, Thai-style squid, and steamed stingray with black bean sauce — all incredibly fresh and full of flavour. The vegetables (especially the eggplant) are grown by the owner herself, which adds to the homey, wholesome feel. Service was warm and genuine. The lady owner is friendly and helpful with recommendations, and you can tell this is a labour of love. Prices are very reasonable for the quality — no tourist traps here. Just good, honest food. Tip: It gets warm around lunchtime, and dishes are cooked fresh to order, so come early, and be ready to wait a bit. It's worth it.
